Joy's Off to Wisconsin

Finally, I have a spare moment to write something for the blog. I have been so busy and I have so many things to write about in the upcoming week that the task is kind of intimidating me. I'm not sure if backlogged blogging is something I should even get into.

Today -- Joy and I went to bed at 2AM last night after a frantic night of studying, packing, rearranging the apartment, and so on. Then we woke up at 6AM to whisk Joy off to the airport. That took much less time than we had anticipated.

So... after I dropped Joy off at the airport I drove up to my school and did some last minute studying for an exam that I had today. That went well -- I think. Either it went really well or I am really lost and have no handle on Koine Greek at all so far.

Wow. I really don't like the way this entry is going. I am sleepy and I really want/need a nap before Joy's little brother gets here and I go to work. Yeah, I am too busy right now to be blogging.

Oh, so... Joy's on her way to Wisconsin right now. For her graduation I bought her a plane ticket to Wisconsin so she could spend 10 days with her cousins on a huge and awesome farm up there in the country. It is cool and sunny and she'll be riding horses every day for ten days straight I'm sure. Also, she really likes these cousins of hers so she'll have a restful blast.

So, I am alone again. Well, Joy's bro is coming for a night, but then I'll be alone again. No big deal I guess, because I should be studying during every free moment of those 10 days anyway.

Alright, must take nap.......

Hey,

Wasn't it kind of me to give David some peace for his studying? (: Actually, David was very sweet and bought me the plane ticket for my restful getaway. I've been gone for a little over a week now and in two days I'll be flying back home. It's been wonderful. I've been horse-back riding (on an ex-gaming horse... so she can really fly!), four-wheeler driving, kitty petting, campfire sitting, horseshoe playing, and a lot more. It's been great grocery shopping at "Piggly Wiggly" and "Dave's County Market". I always love seeing the different grocery stores in different areas of the country. It's all a lot of fun, but nothing like being in the arms of my husband. I'll be very glad to get off the plane and see his smiling face again on Friday night.

I miss everyone back home! I'll be coming back to G-ville sometime soon to see you all. Can you believe I'm not coming back for good? It's hard to believe I've graduated.

That sounds like an awesome vacation! Yes, you must come visit and see my new hammy home (and pet my boy hammy because I don't pet him enough, though he's getting much better). When are you coming?
