Did a set of eight pullups -- palms together; a set of four pull-ups wide-arm, and later on I did a set of four and a half curl pull-ups.
Also did 40 sit-ups in a minute and forty seconds.

Did one set of eight pull-ups -- palms together, and one set of three pull-ups wide-arm.
Did a set of twelve dumbbell over-head presses.
Did ten pushups.

Did fifteen push-ups.
I'm letting my exams prevent me from running for now.

Did seven pull-ups -- palms together. Also worked in the yard for five hours raking, tilling, and using the pick-axe.

Did seven pull-ups -- palms together; did 53 Marine-style situps in 2 minutes; and ran/walked 2.5 miles in 26:38.
So, 35 points for the pull-ups, 53 points for the situps, and zero points for the run.
88 points.
