Felt like jumping rope, so I jumped rope for a few minutes.
Did a set of ten (and a half) and a set of five pull-ups -- palms together; a set of eight curl pull-ups; and a set of seven wide-arm pull-ups.
Did a wall-sit with a towel between my legs for one minute.
Did fifteen pushups.
Pretty decent day.

Did a set of nine (NINE!!) and a set of eight curl pull-ups, which made me really happy. I'd like to do those all at once, and with less jerking for the last rep, but that will be much further down the road.
Did two sets of ten of this new triceps exercise that I've got. I guess I should name it and post a .gif diagram of it tomorrow... or sometime.
I also need to start running and doing ab work ASAP if I want to be ready for this thing.

Did one set of nine pull-ups palms together.
Did ten reverse push-ups, which is my current term for hanging under a bar horizontally and pulling the bar to my chest. Basically, the opposite of a bench press using my body weight.
