I want to be able to do overhead presses Jackie Chan style someday, so I am thinking that it took me a year to go from not being able to do a pull-up to being able to do eight or so. This next year I would like to be able to go from no overhead presses of my body weight to eight of them. Seems like a fun goal anyway.
