Did nine wide-arm pull-ups, eight pull-ups -- palms together, and eight curl pullups.
Did fifteen push-ups.
Finally caught up on logging all my workouts from the time I went paintballing up to today. I think there are some gaps where I actually did work out, but failed to record it. Fortunately, keeping track of all this in my Excel sheet is really easy... otherwise I wouldn't have what I do have.
I noticed that I really wasn't able to do all that much after I hurt my knee. I think that I get a lot weaker when I am sleep deprived or injured -- even when the injury is entirely unrelated to what I am working out.
